The Continuing Education and Development
Center at The University of Basra organized a course on accounting and auditing within The Enrichment Project.
The objective of the course is to develop the skills of the University of Basra employees working within the field of auditing to gain experience for the better.
The course presented by the researcher, Ghazi Badran Al-Dosari, included a detailed explanation of modern global accounting and auditing policies and methods, specifically represented in accounting information systems and to provide the best statement of creative accounting, ethical obligations, organizational behavior, and identification of creative accounting risks among the trainees to obtain the correct accounting and auditing information.
At the end, the course recommended the adoption of accounting information systems in state departments in the best manner
