Center at The University of Basra organized a workshop on administrative contexts and official addresses within the Rigor Project.
The workshop, which is part of the middle administrations course, aims to clarify some concepts for the trainees, including what we mean by management, what are the tiresome contexts within the existing administrative structures and institutions, how to write an official speech, methods of writing with the types of formal letters, and determine the importance and purpose of official addresses.
The workshop, which was presented by the teacher, Arafat Nasser Jassim, included a detailed explanation of the concept of the administrative context and what it consists of and the most important problems of the official contexts within the institutions to which the employee is exposed daily. Also the difference in the administrative context in the service institution from the other productive one, and the definition of ways to deal with the administrative context in a way that suits the institution and its reputation
