College of Nursing Announcements Alaa Al Husseini Prof. Dr. Sajjad Salem Issa, a teaching professor at the College of Nursing at the University of Basra, was chosen as the chair of the discussion committee for the Arab Board of Family Medicine student (Aya Abdullah Hamed) for her research entitled (the prevalence of hemoglobular disorders among applicants for marriage in the city of Basra). The research included a study of the prevalence of hemoglobin disorders among the applicants for marriage in the city of Basra, where the applicants for marriage were examined to find out their condition. One of the blood disorders, including sickle cell anemia and its types, and marine anemia and its types. The study aimed to know the percentage of people with blood disorders before marriage. |
