Through the explanatory video prepared by Avicenna E-Learning Center at the University of Basra, those authorized to manage e-mail in the Colleges of the university will learn how to create aggregates for official electronic correspondence, as well as adjust privacy settings, add members and correspondence.
The video aims to follow professional dealings in communicating with students through the official E-mail instead of social media, and aggregates can be used to facilitate the sending process for large numbers of students.
Through these groups, all notifications and instructions can be delivered at the level of study levels, department or college, as well as sending electronic content such as files, study schedules, and others.
