The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basrah organized an online course on the validity of the Arabic language within the Ithra project
The course aimed to introduce participants to the topics of language validity to strengthen and develop their skills in reading and writing to overcome spelling and grammatical errors in university research, theses and administrative correspondence
The course, which was presented by Dr. Muhammad Qasim Nima, included several topics, including the rules of writing Hamza and Al Alif Alfariqa, the rules of writing Al-taa, the punctuation marks, the adverb, the addition, the number, the common spelling errors in letters, theses, and official books and many other language problems
