A doctoral dissertation defense discuses the determination of some heavy metals in real samples using new dithiocarbamate compounds. The Department of Chemistry at the college of science has discussed the doctroral thesis entitiled "determination of some heavy metals in real samples using new dithiocarbamate compounds by cloud point extraction method", where new dothiocarbamate compounds have prepared and identified using different chemical identification techgniques. The new chelating compounds have beeen tested as a chelating agents for some heavy metals in different tyes of samples, and the analytical parameters have optimized.
