The research aims to study the ability of the compounds in the fixed oils of the Nigella sativa to bind with two types of coronavirus proteins through chemical docking. The study showed the possibility of using these compounds as inhibiting and sterilizing agents against the virus
The research presents the possibility of using some compounds of the fixed oils of the Nigella sativa as an inhibitor and sterilizer against the virus. Where the spike protein of Corona was used to interact with the fixed oil compounds of the Nigella sativa and the research showed an excellent ability of interacting between citric acid and this protein more strongly than the rest of the materials used
