For the student (Fadil Hammoud Shabaki) Al-Baidani.
The thesis dealt with a sample of male and female social teachers in the middle school in Basra Governorate, which amounted to (280) male and female teachers, at a rate of (56%) of the original community of (499) male and female teachers.
The study aimed to identify:
1- Principles of democratic teaching for social teachers in the middle school.
2- The future thinking skills of social teachers in the preparatory stage, and are there differences according to the variables (gender, academic qualification, number of years of service).
3- The relationship between democratic teaching principles and future thinking skills.
The message was produced:
The opinions of female and male social studies teachers in the middle school were consistent, compatible and supportive of democratic teaching.
The results also showed:
1- Social studies teachers in the preparatory stage possess the principles of democratic teaching with a (high) degree.
2- The skill of future prediction ranked first, and it is the dominant skill among the study sample members.
3- There is a positive correlation between democratic teaching and future think
ing skills.
