For the first time in Iraqi hospitals, the House of Expertise at the University of Basrah manufacures systems for sterilizing ambulances
The Director of the House of Expertise Center for Development and Creativity at the University of Basra, Dr. Muhammad Nasser Fares, stated that the center supervised and continued the manufacture and operation of a system for fogging ambulances, which was manufactured and operated by the Al-Raedi Engineering, Safety and Fire Company, as a contribution from them in combating the Corona virus pandemic. Noting that this system works on fogging ambulances very quickly, not exceeding five minutes, after the traditional methods for this process ranged from one to two hours of time. Fares continued that the company installed the system at the Ports General Hospital in Basra. The necessity of cooperation and coordination with engineering companies in the governorate to contribute to the innovation industry that will contribute to limiting the spread of the Corona virus pandemic.
