The study aims to Idntification and evalution of immunoinflammatory mediators in the diabetic foot ulcer healing process and included Display the negative effects of the hyperglycemic condition on the wounded site and its relation with cellular senescence, proinflammatory, and anti-inflammatory of the phenotype of macrophage in addition to its effects on the production levels and function of immune cells like monocyte and neutrophils،repaire cells endothelial cells, keratinocytes, mast cells،cytokines such as IL-1,IL-8,IL-6,IL-18,TNF,INF,TGF, VEGF, chemokines, and others also activation of the complement system, hence all these factors involved in the inflammatory response, completion of wound closure and healing
