Professor Falah Hassan Shari obtained a certificate in the Applied Diploma in Total Quality Management, which was established by the platform for dispatching researchers and academics, with the participation of researchers and specialists. Shari stated, “We obtained this certificate by passing a 24-hour course that dealt with total quality issues, quality theories and the mechanism of their application in various fields, especially in the field of higher education and scientific research”.
