The Master's thesis in the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance / College of Education for Human Sciences, University of Basra - Psychological Conflict and its Relationship to the Motivation of Mastery among Educational Counsellors - for the student (Alia Abdel-Zahra Ali Al-Alou)
The thesis dealt with identifying the psychological conflict among the members of the research sample of educational counselors and identifying the motivation for mastery among the members of the research sample, as well as identifying the statistical significance of differences in psychological conflict according to the variable of gender and specialization, and identifying the statistical significance of the differences in mastery motivation according to the variables of gender and specialization.
The thesis included identifying the correlative relationship between psychological conflict and mastery motivation and identifying the significance of the differences in the correlational relationship between psychological conflict and mastery motivation according to the variables of gender and specialization, and concluded by identifying the correlation between types of psychological conflict and mastery motivation among the members of the research sample.
The thesis concluded that the research sample possesses psychological conflict, and the research sample possesses mastery motivation, and there are no statistically significant differences in psychological conflict as well as mastery motivation according to the variables (gender and specialization), and there is an acceptable positive relationship between psychological conflict and mastery motivation, and there are no statistically significant differences in the relationship The correlation between psychological conflict and mastery motive, and finally there is a correlational relationship with statistical significance between the types of psychological conflict and mastery motive.
