A lecturer at the College of Pharmacy/ University of Basrah, Naglaa Al-Saffar, received a certificate of thanks and appreciation and a shield of excellence from the Arab Youth Academy, for her participation in an evening within the Academy's activities. Al-Saffar indicated that the evening included the concept of stress, the effects of stress, types of pressure, stages of pressure, and ways to deal with stress. The evening aimed at correcting the intellectual path and increasing societal awareness of how to face pressures of all kinds and overcome them in a systematic scientific manner, and each individual according to his behavioral pattern.
