The holders of postgraduate certificates of Iraqi Universities may visit their colleges to receive their codes, starting from Monday, 1st of November 2021.Note: The code is for all holders of postgraduate certificates whose names have been uploaded by their colleges. The codes have nothing to do with the marks that have been announced. These codes are specific to the appointment form that will be launched by the Service Council.
