The college of Science - Mathematics Dept. discussed a master's thesis entitled (Stability analysis and Optimal Control Design of the In-vivo HIV Fractional Model) by graduate student Zainab Asaad. The aim of the thesis is to propose a general formulation for the in-host HIV model as a fractional dynamical system with Caputo derivative alongside three treatment regimens as system control variables to determine the best strategies for controlling the infection
