The Cultural Center at the University of Basra, in cooperation with the Iraqi Paradise Association, organized a panel discussion (the effectiveness of construction, spirit and patriotism in the human security survey project)
The seminar was designed in research papers, including the project of the human security survey of activist Russel Abdul Karim, and the active programs to prevent young people from crime, the director of the information of the Basra police, Brigadier General Bassem Ghanem, and the reasons for the marital disputes and reducing them by supporting family stability, Dr. Hana Abdul Nabi.
The Director of the Cultural Center, Professor Dr. Abdul Karim Abboud, stated that the seminar aims to study the effectiveness of community construction in the city of Basra and to seriously search for solutions. Civilized societies are not built from personal whims, but from laws and systems. It must work in partnership to build and create the national spirit.
Abboud added that the role of the university does not depend only on the formulation of minds, but is looking for another space to deepen the university's relationship with society and the center is an integral part of society that seeks to deepen the roots of human action in the visual society and work to improve it cognitively and spiritually.
