The faculty members at the College of Science at the University of Basrah, Dr. Daoud Salman Ali and Dr. Salah Shakir Hashem, participated in the Scientific Inventions and Innovations Exhibition in Germany.
Dr. Daoud Salman Ali was awarded a (silver medal) and Dr. Salah Shaker Hashem was awarded (silver and bronze medals).
This exhibition is considered one of the most important exhibitions of scientific inventions in the world, as it began in 1948 with displaying more than 30,000 scientific inventions and innovations over the past 73 years, and in 2021, 350 scientific inventions and innovations from 17 countries participated in it.
