the study of two variables, namely, methods of persuasion and crisis management of secondary school principals in Dhi Qar governorate, as they are influential variables in daily human life in general and secondary school principals in particular. The events of change and adaptation to difficult and stressful conditions, reducing and mitigating the crises and challenges facing the school, as persuasion methods work to increase the effectiveness of the educational institution (the school) and its survival, continuity and sustainability and achieving its goals.
The study reached the conclusions that the members of the research sample have persuasive methods and have the ability to manage school crises, and there are no statistically significant differences in the extent to which the research sample possesses the methods of persuasion and crisis management according to the gender variable (males, females), and the study recommends defining secondary and primary school principals And teachers, teachers and employees of all state institutions with a mechanism for acquiring, practicing and stereotyping persuasion methods in their daily behavior, and activating channels of communication with all state institutions and local community institutions in order to facilitate the process of responding to school crises.
