The research presented by student Yasmine Abdel-Razzaq Shader aims to assess the histopathological findings of women with postmenopausal bleeding. The research concluded that the most common functional cause of postmenopausal bleeding was endometrial atrophy, while the organic cause was endometrial hyperplasia without atypical carcinoma. Endometriosis was present in (9.56%).
