The College of Fine Arts hosted the tests of the University Festival of Fine Arts, which is held under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdul-Saheb, and which is held with the large participation of Iraqi public and private universities.
The opening ceremony of the festival was attended by Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, President of the University of Basrah, and included practical tests for the talented students participating in the competition, in the Great Exhibition Hall at the College of Fine Arts, under the supervision of the technical committee formed to follow up on the tests.
