Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Shari, a professor at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah, obtained a certificate of participation in the course held by the Academic Center for Conferences and Scientific Publishing in Malaysia under the title (The Reality of Higher Education and the Horizon of Methodological Transformations) and in cooperation with government research centers in Morocco.
