The College of Dentistry University of Basrah organized a scientific lecture on thedevelopment of the political culture in Iraq, delivered by Assistant. Lecturer. Dr. Saeed Kadhim.
The lecture dealt with the concept of culture in general and its development, the concept of political culture and its types and its relationship to political upbringing and political culture in Iraq and its emergence with the establishment of the Iraqi state in 1921 and the foundations on which it was based during the monarchy period and its development in the period of republican rule until after 2003 and the change of the political system in Iraq.
As the lecture aims to illuminate the effect of the role of political culture in buildingnations and their progress.
