The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah organized a scientific symposium on (phase behavior of hydrocarbons)
The symposium included a lecture, during which the lecturer at Al-Maqal University, Dr. Hussein Ali Baqer, explained several topics, including the importance of studying the phase behavior of hydrocarbons, reforms of phase behavior, Gibbs rule, and calculating degrees of freedom, volume, pressure and temperature relationship for reservoir fluids, and the five reservoir fluids.
The symposium aims to introduce students to the importance of studying phase behavior in the oil industry, in addition to knowing the measurement of bubble pressure and dew point pressure.
