The thesis of the researcher (Lubna Ali Suho) included studying the effect of different levels of salt, adding humic acid and spraying with gibberellin acid and their interactions on vegetative growth characteristics and chemical, anatomical and molecular properties on gray mangrove seedlings cultured for the first time in Iraq and testing the possibility of successful cultivation on the visual coasts The thesis aims to identify the importance of this coastal saline plant, its propagation method in nurseries, and the fertilizer, pyramidal and hormonal treatments that help increase growth and the success of agriculture. The thesis recommended the importance of farming and working to spread it to protect the Iraqi marine coasts from erosion and sedimentation factors and to increase fish farming places that use plant roots as a suitable environment for reproduction. The thesis also concluded the superiority of plants treated with a salt concentration of 15000ppm in the vegetative and chemical growth characteristics compared to the high salt concentration, which recorded the lowest traits in the study. The plants treated with humic acid and gibberellin acid were significantly superior in some vegetative, chemical and anatomical properties of the studied mangrove plants.
