A master's thesis at the faculty of Science at the University of Basraha (Effect of cholestasis induction on liver development in fetus and maternal and role of arginine as protective agent), and showed the researcher's thesis (Hussein Ali Faisal). Thesis aimed to study the effect of cholestasis which induced experimentally on fetus liver development and histologic changes in maternal liver and the changes with liver enzymes ,lipid profiles, estrogen level and (MIF)as diagnostic factor and concluded that increase bile acid concentration associated with liver function disturbances and recommended that normal values of bile acids very important for normal growth and development and the arginine act as protective agent for liver embryogenesis and maternal health.
