The College of Medicine, University of Basrah, under the patronage of the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and in cooperation with the Tasneem Scout Association, established the first virtual camp for receiving first-stage students at the College of Medicine for the academic year 2021-2022 batch 55. Which aims to provide assistance and overcome difficulties for the student starting from The registration method and the post-graduation conclusion, during which the students of the first stage met with important official figures and the first and distinguished students to create a spirit of perseverance and knowledge of the best methods of study and to see the most important paragraphs related to the progress of the educational process at the university as a contribution from us to the organization that the student needs as a primary subject on which to move forward. The camp included a welcoming speech by the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Mortada Muhammad Al-Musafir, and a speech Tasneem by the Head of the Doctors Syndicate in Basrah, Dr. Wissam Muhammad Al-Rudaini, and a speech by the General Commissioner of the Scouts Association, Mr. Muhammad Attia Al-Aboudi. The assistant professor Dr. Abbas Abdulzahra Alhasani, the official of the media and website unit, and Mr. Assistant Dr. Jassim Muhammad Salman, responsible for the Student Affairs and Registration Division, through which he dealt with obstacles in a timely and direct manner, and the participation of Assistant Professor Dr. Jalal Abdel-Zahra from the Student Activities Division.
