A delegation from the Department of Public Relations and Media at the University of Basrah, representing the university's president, congratulated the Christian in the Chaldean Diocese of Basrah and the South on the occasion of the birth of Jesus, peace be upon him, and the glorious Easter holidays.
The Director of the Department of Public Relations and Media at the University of Basrah, Dr. Adel Jabbar Hussein, mentioned that we have had beautiful memories with our Christian brothers since childhood, and we are related by bonds of love, they participate in our religious occasions and we participate in theirs.
The bishop of the Chaldean Church in southern Iraq, Habib Hormoz, thanked the University of Basrah, headed by Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, for this visit and congratulations on the glorious Christmas, and prayed to God to bless this university, which has proven its success and advancement over decades and to be a source of education and increase scientific expertise for all the people of Basrah and Iraq.
