The thesis of the researcher (Narges Abdel Rahman Ziada) included the treatment of Cassia glauca trees with three concentrations of licorice extract and three concentrations of salicylic acid. The thesis aims to identify the effect of licorice extract and salicylic acid on the number of flowers, oil yield and components of the active substances in the leaves of the Cassia glauca plant. The thesis concluded that licorice extract increased the number of flowers and oil yield, while salicylic acid increased the oil and active ingredient components in the leaves of the Cassia glauca plant. The letter recommended the use of licorice extract in order to increase the number of flowers and oil yield of all other cassia trees
