The College of Education for Women at the University of Basrah organized a symposium on terrorism in Iraq after 2003 and ways to deal with it.
The symposium included a definition of the term terrorism and its various causes, the most important of which are internal causes, including socialization, psychological impulses, and failure in education, as well as a statement of the impact of terrorism on the internal policy of the Iraqi government and how to deal with it.
The symposium showed the economic effects of terrorism as a dangerous source on the economies of many countries of the world, as well as the social and psychological effects that terrorism causes on society and those who are exposed to it.
