The Palm Research Center at the University of Basra organized a panel discussion on the adaptation of palm plants resulting from ex vivo cultivation.
The workshop, which was attended by Dr. Ahmed Madi Waheed, aims to adapt palm plants propagated by tissue culture.
It dealt with the most important methods of localization inside and outside the laboratory, and touched upon the most important requirements for the success of the plant, whether at the research level or commercial production, the factors affecting the success of localization, the specifications of the palm tree, and the most important changes that were recorded on the palm tree.
