A seminar entitled wastewater treatment by using wetlands was held at College of Science, Department of Ecology, which presented by MSc. Student Baneen Hussein Zeboon demonstrated the important non- environmentally friendly treatments, namely artificial wetlands. The seminar dealt with the most important types of wetlands and a diagram showing the method of establishing each type in addition to mentioning the advantages and disadvantages of each type.
