Prof. Falah Hassan Shari, a professor at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah, participated in a training course entitled (Administrative Skills and Practices and Human and Life Resources), which was organized by the Arab Human Resources Association (AHRA) in Jordan with the participation of researchers and specialists. The course dealt with the most important advanced foundations in human resources and ways to connect them towards knowledge advancement, manpower management in the organization, follow-up and observation of its workflow.
