The Department of Chemistry at the College of Science organized, within a series of weekly lectures, a scientific lecture entitled Extraction of Medicinal plants, delivered by Dr. Mai Mohamed Morsy. The lecturer aimed to Identification the methods of extracting the active constituents and the mechanism of using each method to obtain the extract then identify it and access its biological activity.
