The President of Basrah University, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, received the President of Al-Kalima Cultural Foundation, Dr. Sheikh Haider Al-Yaqoubi.
The two parties discussed ways to provide medical and health services to Basrah’s needy families and to coordinate work with Iranian volunteer medical cadres.
Hammadi stressed the university's readiness to provide the best health and medical services through its medical advisory office and its keenness to overcome all the difficulties facing this humanitarian work.
Al-Yaqoubi also extended his thanks and appreciation to the President of the University for the warm reception and cooperation with the Foundation, which opens new horizons for developing the work of institutions and organizations to serve the community.
