Department of Physics at College of Science hold a seminar discussion titled "Preparation and characterization of some liquid crystalline compounds with different polar and intermediate groups and study of some of their physical properties" for studies student Abbas Yaqoub Khairallah.
The study aims to study the effect of different mean and polar groups on physical properties such as dielectric constant, electrical conductivity, activation energy and other electrical properties As well as knowing the effect of this on optical properties such as optical absorption and photoluminescence .... as we can identify the suitability of each type of liquid crystals for that application or not.
