On the occasion of the International Day of Education on the 24th of January, the University of Basrah launches the activities of the International Education Week, with the participation of UNESCO in its celebration of this day.
This year's International Day of Education will serve as a platform to highlight the most important transformations that must be considered to support the fundamental right of every individual to education and build a more sustainable, inclusive and peaceful future as well as promote education in the public interest and drive digital transformation to serve the planet as well as unleash the potential of each person to contribute to the collective well-being.
