The University of Basrah celebrated the graduation of its students in the fifty-fourth class entitled (Our Education is Our Goal) amid a majestic official and academic presence.
The graduates' forum echoed the university oath and pledged to serve the country, each according to his specialization, and they expressed their happiness with the specialized academic knowledge they obtained over the years of university studies.
For his side, the President of the University, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, stressed that the University of Basrah has been keen, since its establishment, to supply the world of knowledge with its various publications, including books, journals, research and studies, and it will remain a beacon of science and knowledge, as well as supplying the local market with the competencies of its graduates who represent the promising future of the country.
In the same context, the university honored the top graduate students, which will open horizons for them towards achieving what they aspire to in the service of their country, as well as honoring the people of determination who constitute an important part of society to push them into practical life and highlight their talents.
