The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra organized a course on accounting and auditing (the shift from classic accounting systems to modern electronic accounting systems)
The aim of the course is to provide participants with accounting information and modern audit and control notes, and to work on updating their accounting information as required with the development of business.
The course presented by the teacher, Hossam Ahmed Ali, included
And the teacher’s assistant, Ahmed Sami Ibrahim Al-Dirawi, a theoretical focus for the accounting course and processing methods in paper handling and electronic dealing, and a practical aspect that included the presentation and application of some modern accounting systems ERP, in addition to presenting the concepts of the audit process and presenting the traditional and modern goals, with an emphasis on the most important criteria for preparing the auditor’s report.
In the end, the recommendation was to work continuously on enriching employees with courses that combine the theoretical side and the practical side in line with the job titles of the participants.
