Basrah and Arabian Gulf Studies Center at the University of Basrah published the forty-first issue of the Basrah Studies Journal.
The 300-page journal dealt with several researches, most notably a research on the darkness and its manifestations in the poetry of Al-Sharif Al-Radi, a research on the classification of geographical theses in the University of Basrah, a research on the British strategy in Basrah after 2003, a research on the role of the Maritime Consultation Office in the University of Basrah in marketing information to beneficiaries, and analytical study, and research in translation criticism of rhetorical accuracy in repeated verses translated into English.
The semi-annual refereed journal is concerned with publishing scientific research and studies related to literature, history, geography and languages and their positioning in the humanities.
