The Palm Research Center at the University of Basrah organized a scientific lecture on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, with the participation of the center's researchers and postgraduate students.
The lecture, which was presented by Dr. Ihab Abdel Karim Abdullah, aims to introduce the method of using the gas chromatograph as a tool for separating chemical compounds in order to enhance scientific research.
The lecture touched on the methods of injecting samples and the most important factors affecting the analysis of samples in the device, with a review of laboratory models for the results of some analyzes.
