Under the guidance and supervision of the President of Basrah University, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and in support of the People of Determination (special needs), the Director of the Cultural Center, Dr. Abdul Kareem Abboud Odeh, and the Director of the Diwan Affairs Department, Engineer Hamida Maktouf Muhammad, met with a group of people of determination and handed them (a caravan) to permanently display their creative products of sewing, embroidery and carpentry.
This step is considered supportive of nurturing culture and science to enable the creative people of determination to reintegrate them into society so that they can take an active role in it.
