To applicants for postgraduate studies in the college, please follow the following steps to apply
1- The application is made through the Ministry’s website shown in the link below
adm.rdd.edu.iq
2- Send the file with all forms and attachments to the link
https://hs.uobasrah.edu.iq/applying-for-postgraduate-studies-at-basra-university
3- The file will be checked electronically by the Graduate Studies Unit in the college, and the electronic form will be certified and sent to the applicant’s email.
4- In the event of a deficiency or error in the forms, the applicant will be notified by e-mail
5- The applicant will be contacted to set an appointment to attend the college with the application file brought for the purpose of paper checking
Note that the documents required in the paper file are:
* A certified electronic form number 5
* Form No. 500 "Student Data"
* Form No. 506 "Interview Form"
* Form No. 504 "Written Undertaking" No. 2
* Form No. 501 "Advanced Business Journal"
* Graduation document or endorsement addressed to the College of Computer Science and Information Technology / Postgraduate Studies in which the student’s average and its sequencing are indicated on the batch, with mentioning the student’s first rate.
* Benefit form, if any
* Certificates of passing the competency exam (computer, English, Arabic) provided that it is an original copy
* A number of objection addressed to the University of Basra in the event that the applicant is an employee in one of the state departments
* Personal documents (nationality, citizenship certificate, residence card)
