The Director of Avicenna E-Learning Center at the University of Basrah, Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, participated in an electronic workshop on digital maturity in academic institutions in Iraq, which was held by the Research and Development Department and the Ministerial Committee for Digital Transformation in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The workshop included how to use the ministerial electronic educational platform and study the mechanism of evaluating the infrastructure of electronic servers (servers) and digital services, in addition to reviewing the most important electronic programs used in the platform.
The virtual workshop, which was held through the means of visual communication, aims to assess the maturity level of the preparedness of Iraqi universities, as well as to develop the work of universities and achieve the requirements of digital transformation in the educational process.
