A delegation from the University of Basrah visited the headquarters of the Basra Gas Company headed by the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs of the University, Dr. Ali Himdhi Diab, accompanied by Dr. Ramzi Salem, Dean of the College of Engineering and the Joint Coordination Team.
Where they discussed the development of scientific cooperation between the university and the company in the fields of training and qualification for the company's cadres and the university’s students and opening new horizons in the field of cooperation and partnership.
Dr. Ali Himdhi Diab stressed the university's openness to companies and institutions in order to serve the university's interaction with the industrial and oil sector in the governorate and contribute to its development and creation of job opportunities for university graduates of all specializations.
The Dean of the College of Engineering also mentioned that the College has scientific and technical expertise and capabilities and infrastructure that help develop all cadres of oil and industrial companies in all fields and specializations, as we believe in the importance of joint work that serves and develop those industries.
