Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, President of the University of Basra, and under the direct supervision of Prof. Dr. Abdul-Amir Abdullah Al-Moussawi, Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Basra, our college organized a cultural symposium entitled Imam Al-Mahdi, may God hasten his reappearance, safety for the people of the earth. On Sunday, March 13, 2022. In the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abdul-Hussein Muhammad Fajr, the symposium was attended by the teacher Dr. Hisham Hussain Abdul-Raouf, the assistant dean for administrative affairs, the teacher Dr. Adel Ali Hussain, the assistant dean for scientific affairs, Dr. Wathiq Pharaon, head of the Basic Medical Sciences branch, Dr. Sajjad Salem Issa, and a number of the faculty’s employees and students. The symposium included any of the Holy Qur’an. The symposium’s paragraphs began with a speech by Professor Dr. Abdul-Amir Abdullah Al-Mousawi, Dean of the College of Nursing, in which he asked God Almighty to perpetuate blessings through the multiplication of these religious ceremonies that in reality express the sincerity of belonging to religion and the revival of the lofty beliefs that come in the first Adhering to the creed of Imam al-Mahdi (may God hasten his honorable reappearance).
