The Continuing Development and Education Center at the University of Basrah organized a course on the Discipline of State and Public Sector Employees Law No. 14 of 1991.
The aim of the course is to familiarize employees with the provisions and principles stated in the State and Public Sector Employees Discipline Law, in particular rights, duties, and penalties for job violations, and administrative investigation.
The course presented by the instructor , Etidal Abdel-Baqi Youssef, included a statement on the rights of employees in accordance with the law on the discipline of state and public sector employees, the positive duties that the employee must perform legally, and the negative duties that the employee must legally refrain from, as well as shedding light on the guide to administrative powers.
In the end, the recommendation was to increase these courses to raise legal awareness among employees and spread this culture to improve for better job performance.
