The College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Basrah organized an international scientific conference entitled (The Role of Educational and Psychological Sciences in Facing the Negative Effects of Technological Development).
The conference, in which specialists in the educational and psychological field from Egypt and Algeria participated, aims to identify the most important negative effects of technological development.
The conference recommended that educational institutions should pay great attention to limiting the negative impact of technological development in raising generations, as children should be monitored when using modern technology because of the negative effects it leaves on them in affecting their upbringing, morals and behavior.
