On the occasion of the great anniversary of the birth of Imam Al-Mahdi (may God Almighty hasten his reappearance) and in continuation of scientific cooperation with the South Islamic Cultural Center, a Mahdist scientific symposium was held in the College of Education for Human Sciences to revive this occasion with activity and solid and profound scientific research on Thursday, 3/24/2022, in which Prof. Dr. Mortada attended. Abbas Faleh from the Department of Arabic Language, while the second research was for His Eminence Sayyid Mohsen Al-Modrasi, who came to us from the Holy Karbala.
On the sidelines of this activity, the activities of announcing the results of the second annual essay competition on the leaders of victory and honoring the winners were held, in addition to honoring the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Hamid Siraj Jaber for his supervision of the competition, as well as honoring the members of the supervising committee, who are Prof. Dr. Shukri Nasser Abdel-Hassan and Prof. Dr. Mortada Abbas Faleh and the teacher, Dr. Qassem Abbas Laibi.
The activity also witnessed the announcement of the first research competition between the two institutions on the leaders of victory, which will be circulated soon, God willing.
It should be noted that these events fall within the college’s strategic plan to build the rules of conscious culture, which it started more than two years ago. In addition to clarifying the extent of knowledge communication between academic institutions and religious institutions to show these occasions with their bright face in morals, science, awareness and awareness of the status and position of their owners and the extent of humanity’s need for them in every time and place.
It recommended the need to maintain intellectual and cognitive communication between religious and academic institutions in this field and others; This has great effects in educating people and achieving moral-scientific security in all ways of life.
