The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Fine Arts at the University of Basra held a symposium on (the obligations of the employee and the penalties for violating them in the amended State Employee Discipline Law No. 14 of 1991). The symposium was presented by the legal representative of the College of Fine Arts, Ali Mahdi Abbas and Mr. Ziyad Adnan Mahmoud

The seminar included a definition of the amended Law No. 14 of 1991, the period in which the law was applied, and the method of its implementation
The symposium discussed the penalties that are imposed on the employee who violates the law, and what are the types of penalties, and the symposium referred to the duties of the employee and how to preserve them by him.
