The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah organized two lectures on the topic of self-employment between reality and ambition, in the presence of college graduates and fourth and fifth stage students.
The lectures aimed to stimulate creativity and correct planning to enter the labor market with high confidence without fear of failure, after presenting bright examples of successful job opportunities created by veterinarians.
The lectures given by Dr. Namir Abdel Karim, the teaching staff at the College of Veterinary Medicine, and Mr. Muhannad Al-Sammak, Director of the Smart Academy for Training and Development included moral support for the recipients. The two lectures concluded with a high level of interaction through questions, dialogues and enriching discussion, which the Graduate Qualification Unit at the College of Veterinary Medicine takes as a basis in its supportive and confidence-enhancing program and skills development.
